My Workout Routine

So for workouts, I want to have a bigger and more toned butt and flat abs. I know this is super basic and everyone has similar goals but I’m going to share my workout routine.  If there are any exercises that don’t make sense, comment and I’ll explain or send a photo for reference.

Leg/booty

Squats with resistance band (pulses) 15×3
Side lunges with resistance band 15×3
Donkey kicks with resistance bands 15×3
Fire hydrants resistance 15×3
Kickbacks 15×3
Leg press one leg on your side 15×3
Leg press regular 15×3
Hip abduction(high to low) low until failure 2-3 circuits     15×3
Hip thrusts 15×3

Abs 

In and outs 40 sec
Spider-Man planks 40 sec
Leg circles 40 sec
Plank with hip dip 40 sec
Reverse crunch 40 sec
Crunch with pulse 40 sec
Flutter kicks 40 sec
Russian twist 40 sec
Cross body mountain climbers 40 sec
Bicycles 40 sec
3 level criss criss 40 sec
V up 40 sec
Elbow cycle 40 sec
Jack knives 40 sec
Leg raises 40 sec
